Calvary Love: Kids and Houseparents

I enjoy going to Calvary Home and visiting with the house parents and children. I always get lots of hugs when the children are there, but during the school year, I don’t get to see them as often. Last week, after doing some office work, I stopped by to say thank you for something special “Grandma” Trey helped me with recently. When I got there, I realized it was getting late: the big yellow school bus had just rolled up. As the kids jumped off the bus, Grandma Trely was there waiting with a big smile. I got some hugs, and one of the 7-year-olds opened up a paper to show me what he had drawn. At the bottom, he had written in big letters, “I love you.” "It's for Grandma!", he exclaimed. Calvary Home has great houseparents who truly love the children. God bless them.
