Calvary Home’s Memorial Garden

The Garden Has Grown from Love

The Children’s Garden began as a vision of our board member, Dexter Williams –to memorialize two family members, his grandson, Samuel and his wife, Mary Anne, both who loved Calvary Home. As the vision has come to fruition over the years, the garden has grown to include all of those who love and support this ministry.

    Designed with Peace in Mind

The Garden will provide a place for children and adults to get away, reflect, have quiet time, get counseling, or just relax in a protected environment. Our kids and families have endured and continue to work through emotional and, sometimes, physical trauma. This place will be a place of respite.

    A Strong Foundation

We strive to honor God with our resources and serve as good stewards of what He has given us. We believe in trusting Him to provide what is needed and not put our trust in loans. Therefore, we’ve committed to completing this project without taking on any debt.

Leave a lasting mark on our garden

Brick memorial with the inscription: 'In loving memory Therese Desellier'.

You can make a lasting impact on our campus by placing a memorial or honorarium brick in our garden. Whether it’s for a relative, friend, or Calvary Home supporter… they will be remembered in a beautiful garden setting where children come and go every day.  With your contributions, we will have your loved one’s name inscribed on a paver for the memorial walk.

Pavers will be available in standard size (4”x8”) or a large size (8”x8”).
